1. Provider and scope

An individual conducting unregistered activity.

Service and complaint contact: 537.gymtracker@gmail.com. The website provides free information about syncas card, an enquiry form and a waitlist for one syncas platform launch announcement. It does not currently offer platform accounts, checkout, paid subscriptions or a concluded card order.

2. Using the services

You need internet access, a current browser supporting HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and cookies for form security. An email address is needed for forms. Privacy requests and unsubscribe also work as ordinary HTML forms. Viewing is available on opening a page and ends when you leave it. A free enquiry service begins on successful submission and ends when the enquiry is handled; you can request closure earlier. The waitlist service starts on successful voluntary signup and ends on withdrawal, one launch message or the stated retention limit. You can stop it through Unsubscribe, without an account or fee.

Use an address you control or are authorised to use. Do not send unlawful content, malware, spam or information infringing others’ rights, or interfere with the site. Use only information needed for the enquiry; avoid sensitive data. An enquiry requests a conversation or quotation; a waitlist entry does not reserve access, create a purchase obligation or guarantee a release date, price or feature.

3. Complaints and availability

Report a problem to the service email, describing what happened and how to contact you; no special form is required. We aim to answer within 14 calendar days, without limiting any shorter binding deadline or statutory effect of failing to respond. Maintenance or faults may interrupt access. We may restrict abusive use where proportionate. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit mandatory consumer protections.

4. Designs, privacy and updates

Portfolio concepts are labelled as examples and are not claims of completed client work. Website assets remain subject to their owners’ rights; browsing does not grant a commercial reproduction licence. Privacy and Cookies explain data use. These terms can be saved or printed using your browser. EN and PL versions aim to convey the same terms; mandatory local rights prevail. Material changes to an ongoing free service will be communicated before taking effect, and you can stop using it. New platform or sales terms must be provided separately before those services launch.
